Who is responsible for your data?

What data do we collect and why?

When you write to us through the website form we collect your name, phone number, email, the service you are interested in and your message. We use them to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote for you. We do not use them to send you promotions: we do not send commercial emails.

Why can we process your data?

Because you send it to us so that we can help you: your consent and the application of pre-contractual measures at your request (article 6.1.a and 6.1.b of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@huellasyhogar.es.

How long do we keep it?

24 months from your enquiry. After that we delete it, unless a contracted service requires us to keep it longer because of a legal obligation.

Who else can see your data?

Only the providers we need to receive and manage it: Google (spreadsheet where enquiries are stored, and notification email), Hostinger (domain email) and the website hosting provider. Some of them, such as Google, may process data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards required by the GDPR. We do not sell your data.

If you write to us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also governed by WhatsApp's terms.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to request its portability, by writing to info@huellasyhogar.es. If you believe we have not responded properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
